Bananas are rich in vitamin B6 and they are a good source of magnesium and potassium. Place half a ripe banana, 100ml ice cold milk, 2 tsp (10ml) of Seven Seas Pure Cod Liver Oil and a pinch of ground cinnamon in a blender and puree for thirty seconds.
